- Swedish Massage

- Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity and greater flexibility.
- Pregnancy Massage

- Women often experience a variety of challenges during pregnancy. Among them are joint discomfort and swelling, mental and physical fatigue, increased muscle pain, and even sciatica or headaches. Pregnant clients will receive a side-lying massage, contoured with multiple pillows for increased comfort. A combination of nurturing strokes, and firm therapeutic massage will help to relieve discomfort in specific muscles and joints and create a restful mind and body.
- Hot Stone Massage

- Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. These Natural Healing Stones have been used for massage therapy around the world for many years. The heat from the stones help to release tight muscles during this deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage. The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hands, or between the toes and are also used by the therapist to massage certain areas of the body.

- Chair Massage

- Chair or seated massage is a type of massage in which the client sits in a specially designed chair while the session is being performed. It is a great way to experience massage for those who aren’t quite ready for a full body session on the table. The chair design enables the therapist to provide an effective and efficient session by positioning you in a way that allows access to areas of common tension.
- Advantages of Chair
Massage - Sessions are performed fully clothed
- No oil or lotion is used
- Your appearance is not disturbed
- Ear Candling

- Ear Candling is a natural way of cleaning out accumulated wax. Ear candlers believe the softer waxes may contain trapped pollen, airborne dust and dirt. When excess wax is removed, the trapped impurities go with it.

FAQ
- Does Ear Candling Hurt?
- Absolutely not! It is a painless, harmless and totally relaxing experience. If it weren’t for the intermittent crackling and hissing sounds – due to the burning candle and the wax being drawn up the chimney of the candle – you would never know that anything was happening in your ear.
- How long does an Ear Candling session last?
- About forty-five (45) minutes per session, however you should allow one hour for your appointment.
- How often should I have Ear Candling done?
- Initially most people need two or three Ear Candling sessions over a six month period to get their ears clean. However, some people may need up to eight sessions. Once your ears are clean, personal preference should determine how often you have your ears candled. Every three to six months is suggested.

- Reiki

- Reiki, pronounced RAY-KEY, is an ancient Japanese healing therapy that reduces stress and promotes the body’s natural ability to heal itself from minor aches and pains as well as disease, working on all levels of the body, mind and spirit.
- The word “Reiki” translates to “universal life force energy”. Healing energy is transmitted through the practitioner’s hands while placed on or above various parts of the fully clothed body. Clients often experience warmth, deep relaxation and other pleasant sensations while the energy is guided to areas in the body where it is most needed. With Reiki, you reach a relaxed state while your body begins to heal itself during and after the session in subtle ways.
